The models that present new changes are those referring to the Administrative Body, Real Ownership and COVID-19, whose failure to correctly fill in the tables included in this last reform prevents the Annual Accounts from being filed with the Companies Registry.
This new regulation brings with it modifications that repeal the previous one referring to 2021, thus approving the new models for the presentation of the annual accounts of obliged parties at the Companies Registry.
It can be obtained by corporations (A), limited liability companies (B) and Non-resident companies (N), if the representative of the company is a sole director or there are several independent directors, and are correctly registered in the Commercial Registry, the certificate is valid for two years.
Obtaining an electronic certificate and enabling electronic mailboxes makes it possible to speed up procedures with public administrations, avoid negative legal consequences and download and respond to electronic communications in a timely manner.
Law 39/2015 aims to implement electronic administration in the procedures and validation of citizens’ requirements, shorten the times for submitting applications, notifications and responses and thus improve efficiency in the use of public resources.
